Meet the Team
Doug Buttner is the Executive Director at The Delaney. With over 20 years of experience in senior living, his career began in dining services at Marriott, where he discovered his passion for serving seniors. He later worked for Sunrise Senior Living, where he was entrusted with leading a large campus in Arlington, VA. Throughout his career, Doug has played a pivotal role in opening new senior living communities and revitalizing underperforming ones. His leadership is driven by a commitment to enhancing the resident experience. When not at work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, and skiing, as well as spending time with loved ones, including his two dogs, Mya and Zoey.

Nicole Greco is the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Delaney. She has worked in sales and marketing for over 19 years and discovered her passion for serving seniors 12 years ago. She began her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative, gaining extensive experience in community outreach and relationship-building. In 2013, she transitioned into senior living sales as a Sales Director, where she found fulfillment in guiding families through the process of finding the right living solutions. Nicole has since opened three senior living communities in New Jersey and played a key role in launching The Delaney at The Green in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Matthew and Savannah.
Mark Redling has worked with seniors for 17 years. He earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and English from Montclair State University in 2007. Before joining The Delaney, he worked as a mental health counselor specializing in group therapy and later served as an Activities Director for Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare. Mark believes in a multimodal approach to programming and that it’s never too late to learn something new. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, hiking, basketball, reading, game design, and indulging in apple cider donuts.
Ireyah Stevens, CDP, is the Director of Memory Care at The Delaney. She has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Saint Elizabeth University. Her expertise lies in behavioral healthcare and developing person-centered life-enrichment programs for seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Passionate about advocating for vulnerable populations, Ireyah is dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and crafting homemade skincare products.
Tom Ciccone is the Director of Facilities at The Delaney. A retired Newark, NJ, Police Detective, he transitioned into corporate security, serving as the Director of Global Security for Fortune 200 companies before moving into full-time facilities management. Prior to joining The Delaney, he was the Director of Facilities for Alternative Inc., a nonprofit providing housing and care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. There, he managed all aspects of facilities, construction, grants, security, and a fleet of over 100 vehicles across New Jersey. Tom is married with four children and has a four-year-old Australian Shepherd named Cooper. He is an avid baseball fan who enjoys making homemade pasta and tomato sauce.
Frank Pascale is the Culinary Director at The Delaney. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he trained in classic French cuisine in Switzerland and received the prestigious Joseph Donon Award, a medal from the French government for excellence in culinary arts. With more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, Frank has held various roles, including Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, and Regional Chef for renowned restaurants and catering venues in New York and beyond. He has also served as an adjunct Chef Instructor at Hudson County College since 2009, where he continues to share his passion for culinary arts. Prior to joining The Delaney, he held leadership roles as a Corporate Chef and Executive Director at Juniper Communities and as the Hospitality and Culinary Director at Thrive.
Andrea La Rosa-Levy is the Director of Human Resources at The Delaney. She has extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll management. Over the course of her career, she has worked in corporate environments across various industries, including luxury jewelry and pharmaceuticals. Andrea is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring employees understand company policies and procedures. She holds a degree in psychology from Saint Elizabeth University and began her career interning at an industrial-organizational psychology firm before transitioning into HR. She has a strong interest in employment law and compliance, always striving to protect both employees and the organization. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
